Company Profile
Contractors Northwest, Inc. (CNI) is a full-service,
traditional general contractor self-performing concrete,
carpentry, structural steel, and select finish work. We
provide general contracting, design-build, and
construction management services throughout the Pacific
Northwest. From a volume of $65,000 our first year, we
have grown steadily to over $35 million.
Our size, professional management, desire to offer
value-added service, ability to compete in the “bid”
marketplace, and ability to self-perform key project
elements, makes us particularly well-suited to serve
you. We estimate and schedule accurately, perform
efficiently, and manage professionally, which provides
efficient project operations and budget control. Our
solid financial strength, history of timely payment to
subcontractors and suppliers, and outstanding
credit-worthiness, make us a dependable company for your
project.
In addition to our many project successes, we are
committed to improving the industry in which we work and
the communities in which we live by providing financial
and personal support to our employees and the
organizations that share our commitment. We have earned
