Located on a former ice factory site in the historic district of Downtown Coeur d’Alene, the Ice Plant Townhome project is an entire city block in size. Each of the 24 Townhouse interiors was partly customized for each owner, while the exterior brick and heavy timber exterior remained uniform yet dynamic in design. The housing type is unique to the City of Coeur d’Alene which made it a challenge for city inspectors as well as for CNI. The project was completed in the summer of 2007. Heritage Place, PhaseIII

This 25 unit senior housing project was added onto an existing retirement center. Heritage Place Phase III is a HUD funded senior apartment type facility that required strict coordination and reporting to the Government, certified payroll, specific site procedures, detailed personnel and site visit logs, and thorough monthly inspections by HUD. Contractors Northwest, Inc. completed the project two months ahead of the HUD schedule and had contract savings to return to the Owner and HUD.
