Ramada Inn

Lewiston, ID

 Contractors Northwest Inc. built the original Ramada Inn in Lewiston in 1989, and was later asked to return to build the Lounge Addition. In following years, ADCOPE asked Contractors Northwest to return once again to build an additional 36 rooms.

The building is a masonry and metal framed building that houses two convention centers, 140 rooms, meeting facilities, a restaurant, lounge, indoor pool and retail shops. The project delivery for all three phases of this project was Design – Build.

Templins Resort and Conference Center

Post Falls, ID

  • Architect: GD Longwell Architects

This hotel and conference center is located in Post Falls, Idaho on the Spokane River. It is a wood frame and concrete building with 115 motel units, scenic restaurant, lounge, exercise facility, pool and marina. Contractors Northwest, Inc. worked with the owner and architect in formalizing details of design, material selection, and pricing, while major construction proceeded on a very tight schedule within original budget estimates.
