is a post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete,
four-level parking garage with a metal building
covering the entire upper deck. This structure was
built on 62,000 cubic yards of over-excavated fill,
and required 370,000 square feet of shored concrete
deck forms, 23,000 cubic yards of concrete, 1,600
tons of rebar, and 240 tons of post-tension cables.
The building façade consists of pre-cast concrete
wall panels at each level. An elevator lobby, stair
tower, and helix ramps complete the garage. Site

lighting, traffic control devices, landscaping, and
a sprinkler irrigation system. Construction was
completed in nine months, which included
