Currently in the permit and bidding phase, the
KMC Cancer Center located in Post
Falls will be a unique addition to the KMC Campus in
Post Falls. This facility will house a linear
accelerator for treatment, a centrally located plaza
and garden area that is the focus of the treatment
and recovery areas. The Cancer Treatment Facility
is scheduled to start construction in the Spring of
2008, and be complete in the Spring of 2009. |

The new Willamette
Dental Office located in Coeur d’Alene Idaho was a
3,000 square foot interior fit out in an existing
building. The build out schedule was accelerated as
the Owner had contracts in place to see patients in
less than 15 weeks after the contract was awarded.
Through intense coordination and subcontractor
loyalty and dedication, Contractors northwest, Inc.
completed the entire job in 13 weeks and had “0”
punch list items when the building was given it
certificate of occupancy by the City of Coeur
d’Alene. |

A complicated, phased
addition and remodel of approximately 36,000
square feet of medical office space. The
project involved constructing two new floors
over the existing building. This was
achieved while continuous operation within
the first floor remained uninterrupted. The
interior package consisted of numerous
medical office suites and a 20,000 square
foot cancer care facility. This job was
completed within budget and on-time for a
valued repeat customer. |
