This retail center is located at the intersection of Southside & Greenhurst in Nampa, ID. The project includes two, single story buildings, one of which is 6,248 s.f., while the second is 16,552 s.f.  Each building is a steel superstructure with wood sub and infill framing.  The site was fully developed by CNI and includes two additional building pads.

Mountain West Bank Retail Center

This bank and retail center is located at the intersection of HWY 44 & Edgewood Lane in Eagle, ID. The project consists of one single story retail center of 10,300 s.f., and a stand alone Mountain West branch bank that is approximately 6,500 S.F..  CNI was contracted for the complete site development package as well as the complete interior build-out of the branch bank.

Phones Plus Retail Center

This project is a 6,500 square foot retail center. The structural components are CMU and Steel complemented by an architectural facade composed of vertical and horizontal metal sheeting and E.I.F.S. The roof has a steel joist deck with single ply roofing. In addition to the building construction the project also included complete site development, landscaping and tenant improvements. Silver Lake Retail Center

This ground up project is a new 86,000 square foot commercial retail building, divided into five individual retail spaces. After completing the shell building, CNI built out retail spaces ranging from 12,000 square feet to 28,000 square feet for Bed, Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx and Petco. Sullivan Retail Center

This 12,870 square foot retail center is constructed of concrete masonry, custom glass and aluminum storefront which is complimented by a complex façade that consists of horizontal corrugated metal, an exterior insulating finishing system (EIFS) and custom lighting. Contractors Northwest Inc. was also responsible for the entire site development package, and built out the retail tenant interiors.
