While the services of today’s construction firms are multi-faceted, we believe there are four integral services that ultimately create a successful project; safety, time, quality, and cost.

Safety:

CNI’s Risk Management Department insures our clients, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers a safe and more productive working environment. The Corporate Safety Program has been nationally recognized for excellence since 1992 by associations such as the ABC and AGC. Contractors Northwest, Inc. is a committed OSHA partner.

Time:

For all parties involved, time is money. We have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to deliver projects on time. We employ a project scheduler who interfaces with project management to identify critical paths and to address potential problems and solutions in order to deliver the finished project on time. Often, clients take advantage of our pre-construction planning services to compress construction schedules and provide maximum utilization of project resources.

Quality:

We believe quality is achievable and measurable. Through pre-construction services, we can economically address the performance needs of our clients. We believe a key component to quality is maximizing project management and pre-planning in the field.

Cost:

Cost is ultimately a function of all the above services. We utilize a variety of project delivery methods to provide the most effective project management at a reasonable cost. Through value engineering, life cycle cost analysis, clear communication and understanding, we deliver the best project for your construction dollar. It is our belief that in order to develop ongoing relationships, open dialogue and teamwork are essential.
